I made an online order on April 15th. Paid for 2 to 5 day shipping then didn't hear anything for almost two weeks, sent an email on the 27th asking about my order and did not get a response so I called on the customer service line,total joke, I was told the items were back ordered, OK, why didn't I get a notification? They tell me beginning of May the order should be available, so I continue with the order, still having to pay the shipping for 2 to 5 days, I asked why, they state it will ship in 2 to 5 days of them receiving the back ordered items, not when I place the order lol, OK I still go forward. Because of my call I get the email response later that day stating the same. Here it is now May 10 no communication, no order statues no call no NOTHING from this company. This has to be the poorest service I believe I have had with any company, how can a company give no update or nothing to a paying customer. 1 MONTH AFTER THE ORIGINAL ORDER AND NOTHING... STEER CLEAR...

I bought a water filter for my LG refrigerator in would go in the water filter housing. I called the person that answered the phone said they would refund my money. I still have not received my money.

Bought a Garmin 5. No feedback after receiving an initial email that the order is awaiting shipping. No response to emails sent to the links provided. Call Centre provide no clarity on what’s happening and hide behind a slow system so they can’t provide feedback. They did say they would call me back but nothing as yet. Considering asking for my money back and for the order to be cancelled.

I had an issue with a return initially, but they took care of the problem. After the initial interaction, I was expecting them to be jerks, but it turns out they were really accomodating and worked hard to make things right. It's rare to get this kind of customer service any more. UPDATED AFTER CONTACT WITH MERCHANT.
