Will not take return of new in box item within 30 day limit
Bought a dog fence through FactoryOutletStore.com. The product came, just as they said it would, but when we tried to return it, even though it was never out of the original shipping box, they would not take the return. This is not what their webpage said. Their publish policy said we could return it for any reason up to 30 days for a small restocking fee and the cost of shipping. When we said that we wanted to return it because we had found another somewhere else for less, though, they refused to take it back saying their new policy had changed April 1, 2020 and was published online. Their webpage doesn't and never has mentioned this, though. Saying you have new policies without publishing those policies seems like bad business.
