Ordered Lucas low viscosity oil treatment. It was a great price, beating Wal-Mart price by 34%, saving me over $40 on 12ea. The bad was it took six weeks before order was shipped. Since I did not need the product until my next oil change, it was ok. Not sure why it took so long. If you need items fast, stay away from this company. I will not be ordering from them again

It took 65 days to receive the product, but I did eventually receive exactly what I ordered. Yes, my credit card was charged immediately upon placing the online order. Yes, I had to wait on hold for a long time when I called to inquire about the order. Yes, the online order status was never updated to reflect any progress. But every time I called eventually someone pleasantly answered the phone and gave me an honest and accurate status of my order. And a little over two months after placing the order I received exactly what I ordered. Bottomline: If you want great pricing and are not in a hurry, I would recommend purchasing from Factory Supply Outlet.
