It was a smooth and great experience, my wife loved her blanket I got the 50x60 and the picture quality was spot on. What i didn't like was they never sent me a tracking number until it was delivered.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing the tracking number. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to deliver, and we’ll work to improve our communication moving forward. I did have trouble getting both photos loading for some reason. I sent the photos to a friend and had no problem getting the order finished for me.

The lyric blanket was exactly as I requested and the item was shipped to me quickly. The recipient of the item was elated. I will definitely be a return customer.
