Great customer service and a quick turnaround time on my order. Can't wait to give this gift - an anniversary surprise for a friend with his custom song on canvas.

I chose 4 stars instead of 5 since we had a little hiccup. With that said, all issues were worked out to both of our satisfactions and the product is beautiful. I would surely recommend this company and their products and will be using them again in the future!

It took unexpectedly long to receive the package. I was repeatedly told it would be shipped the following week and nothing. Then this thing comes in the puzzle piece doesn’t even attach to the frame. The actual puzzle pieces with names on them are not connecting to each other, they have blank pieces attaching them. The point of the piece is to show the family is connected to the mother of the family. Rather it shows a weird separation between the pieces of the family. Completely let down and to spend 70 bucks on it…like come on.

We always strive to deliver our products in a timely manner and in perfect condition, and it's clear we fell short in this instance. It sounds like you ordered one of our personalized puzzles, and we understand how important it is for these pieces to fit together perfectly to reflect the unity of your family. :( We would greatly appreciate it if you could reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details.
