Product came out excellent. But service is a bit slow and the tracking info takes days to update. But otherwise satisfied because of the product quality.

So far I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. I have emailed, messaged on Facebook, and even direct messaged on Instagram. I paid extra for the shipping and it still hasn’t been shipped . Worried that I won’t receive it by Mother’s Day, even though I ordered it last week. No one has reached out to try and help, even after multiple tries on my end. Willing to change the 1 star to 5 if my product gets here by Mother’s Day!

Hi Josh, Firts of all, we are deeply sorry that you had to wait so long and that we did not meet the requirements. We now understand and apologize for everything you've been through and are still waiting on. In fact, our customer service representatives will respond to your email and message within 24 hours. During the sale season, send a hug email and message every day, and it will take longer to respond. Second, the majority of our orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days; your order was shipped and is currently in transit as our system was updated. We anticipate that your order will arrive within the next few days, so please wait for an update on the tracking. Once again, we truly apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause. Thank you for your patient and understanding!

I placed an order online, but decided to cancel it. I became suspicious when I saw the emails regarding my order confirmation, and the fact that they had no way to reach customer service except by "creating a ticket" via email. I looked up reviews online and the negative reviews confirmed my suspicions. I emailed to cancel a few hours after placing my order. This was well within their "12 hour" cancellation window. I received an email that evening asking me why I wished to cancel. I told them I changed my mind and please cancel the order. I heard nothing for another 2 days. Then I received another email from a different person asking me to confirm that I received their initial email. Yes. Obviously I did, and my email history shows this. I replied back that I had and sent them the screenshot of my reply. Haven't heard back since. I've sent a couple more emails just to document their lack of response for my credit card dispute. Update: I never received a response to the emails I sent. They sent me a Mother’s Day advertisement email. I noticed it came From the same email as their customer service email. So, apparently they can email LOL. I replied back to them regarding my order. I then received an email confirmation of my order cancellation the next morning. Can’t give any insight on their product quality etc., but the customer service /contact definitely needs some work.

Hi Sir/Madam, First of all, we sincerely apologize for the bad experience in our store. Excellent experience! The initial canvas print we received was damaged through shipping. I emailed the customer service, got a response within 2 days and a replacement within the week. I'm very impressed with the customer service and we love the personalized gift! Thank you!
