I ordered on Dec 3, 2021 and haven't received nothing. I track my order and nothing has been done and I have email and no response but quick to take money out of my account. Will be calling my bank and the BBB about this. This is crazy. I will never go through this company again if this is how they do business.

The order took longer than I expected, however; it was well worth the wait and the product is what I had hoped for and more!!

I keep getting a "you're package arrives today," yet has yet to come. I'm disappointed that I keep having to stay home to wait for the package to get there. Don't tell me that it's going to arrive if it's not. I'm still waiting for it, at least email me letting me know there's a delay.

I ordered a 20 year wedding anniversary gift for my husband and I absolutely love it. It only took 9 days from the date of my order for my gift to arrive. It was even more beautiful than I expected. Thank you for such a beautiful product.

My only complaint is that the status was not updated until after I received my product. This caused some nervousness being the short window between ordering and the anniversary date. Other than that, I love the product and so did she.
