This company charges too much money just to chat to people on the site. However, one of your customer service reps, Alex was very helpful, and allowed me to deactivate my account efficiently. Thank you Alex!

I like the app and getting a lot of content but I don't like how I have to pay for every message

I’m really happy the platform is a good space for you! Regarding the messages, the system is designed so you only pay for the specific features you choose to use. This allows you to skip what doesn't interest you and move at your own pace. — Benjamin
