We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We want to clarify that we responded to your inquiry the same day (December 26, 2024) and even followed up through an alternate communication channel to ensure clear communication. Complete tracking information was provided at that time, and the package is currently being processed by the shipping carrier in Australia. While we understand your frustration, it's important to note that shipping to Australia involves greater distances and different time zones, which naturally affects delivery timeframes. Additionally, the Australian shipping carrier operates on local time and schedules, which may result in what appears to be longer processing times from an international perspective. We can confirm our team has been responsive and transparent throughout this process. The current delivery timeline is due to standard international shipping carrier processing times, which are outside of our direct control. We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and appreciate your patience during this time. Best regards,
