I made an appointment with Tina since she got good reviews. This was my 1st time there. After she told me the price I decided to do the lower price I showed a picture but she didn't follow directions. She just blended it into what I had already cut. I ve always cut my own hair) Disappointed. That night I fixed it since one side was longer than the other and I thinned it out too. Made it a different style since I wanted a different style. The next day I went in wanting my money back Tina rushed me only taking 10 mins when I had 30. Now ,I have to wait for the manger to return from vacation. I arrived a few min early too. I told her she can't follow directions she agreed too. So I do not recommend Tina !. Spray bottle/ cut $28. Waste of my money when I had to fix it myself. Colored it myself to bring my own hair dye $90 ! Outrageous!even $10 off Very disappointed.

Vida who works at Fantastic Sams at 17655 Harvard has always given me a great haircut experience. She is a true professional in her craft, remenbers how I like my haircut calm and gentel. The price is a deal compared to other shops in the area.

I went in to get counsel on what I should do about a particular problem. I walked out a complete IDIOT. The style was clearly cut because she cut too much off the back. She then proceeds to die my virgin hair. To date, I've spent over a year for my hair back, and well over $400 to fix. I wouldn't go back for as much as a trim.

Went to the Gulf Breeze,FL location in Tiger Point. My stylist, Amanda, did listen to what I asked for and gave me a decent cut. When I went to pay, instead of handing me the card reader so I could add a tip, she asked me "Do you want to add a tip?". I thought this was somewhat rude and puts customers on the spot, but I told her yes, to add $7. This was a 25% tip. She said "Oh, thank you! Do you need a copy of your receipt?" I told her no. This week I paid my Discover bill, and found out she had actually given herself $8 for a tip! I know it isn't much, but I have no doubt that I am not the only person she has done this to. I hate it when people are dishonest.

Cut my hair SO MUCH SHORTER than I wanted, why is it so freaking hard for hairdressers to just do what you asked. I said less than one inch, this girl said no I know better and took off 5. What the heck. Very angry, will not be coming back
