Our reputation for excellence is earned every day by providing the ultimate in value and personal attention by offering profitable, cost-efficient and worthwhile deals globally. In the era of Booking tickets at just one click on screen , we’ve come a long way ahead .But what Most of the companies failed in guise of Technological advancement is the Old -School Personalized connection that a customer yearns for . The Emotion to indeed SERVE the client for the entire travel has somewhat been lost with the mechanization of this sector which reduces the Customer Satisfaction .We ,at Fare O City , proposes to Serve the client rather than Steer his travel journey alone . Our focus is to deliver the client Personalized Guidance and Support from the moment his/her Travel Starts . The focus on the Client Satisfaction build the Mutual Trust that indeed laid the Foundation Block of this company . Our Company strives to create a unique synergy of Materialistic aspect ,I.e. Profits with the Spiritualistic aspect I.e. Serving Client to utmost satisfaction .Cheap Flights To India, Cheap Airline Tickets To India, Best Flight Deals To India, Best Flight Deals From USA to India, Book Air Tickets To India

Anshul Chauhan helped me make informed choice for the tickets purchase for my parents from Delhi to Edmonton. The customer rep was patient, followed up multiple times and stayed together through out booking and payment process. He ensured that the itinerary was not only economic but also suitable for my aged parents along with seat preferences, meal choice and wheelchair assistance. I would recommend them to anyone need to book flights.

The agent who assisted me was Kirti, she was extremely helpful and understanding. She assisted me through the whole process and kept helping until I found a flight I liked.

I recently booked my ticket through FareOcity and Anshul was amazing ! He found multiple options for me and as my dates were flexible I had asked for a few more options - Anshul was very good with coming back to me with good options and he used to call to clarify and was quick in his responses - really happy with the service and have recommended him to my brother who is also looking to book tickets !

I got to know about fare o city through Facebook advertisement. At first I was very scared / skeptical since I have always booked directly through the airline's site. However, I am extremely satisfied with the whole reservation experience handled by Rythm Thakur & Anshul Chauhan. I would highly recommend everyone to use FareOCity travel for booking.

Chitresh spent approx 3 weeks to come up with creative itineraries for a complicated international travel and provided effective suggestions which were out of the box and still made total sense. He did not just make sure that I felt prioritized and important, but made sure to collab with his team members to make progress on our bookings even when he was off shift Anshul who helped us finalize everything while Chitresh created and planned the entire itinerary for weeks was an amazing workplace teamwork and collab while providing an amazing customer service experience Fareocity always answers calls within 5 seconds and are quick in resolving queries be it issuing pdf copies for tickets, reviewing bookings or simply answering silly questions after the tickets were booked regardless of whoever handled the case/booking I have decided to retain Fareocity as my travel agent and will be bugging them for my domestic travels and hotel bookings too Thankyou Fareocity
