Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Fastly London completely ignores all my emails — zero communication, zero responsibility. The worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I want my money back!

My one star review is based fully on the fact that I have emailed their customer support to arrange a return and refund and it got declined on the basis their measurements of the sunglasses on the website and the product received are the same. First of all, the email address mentioned does not work, I had to research for the correct email address. I have explained the reason of my return is that I am not happy with the quality of their products. They replied asking if I have measured the size of the items and if this is the same with what is mentioned on their website. That’s not why I asked for a refund! then they have replied saying my request has been reviewed and my refund request has not been approved. On their website it mentions if you are not satisfied with their products they offer a hassle free return and refund. It is all a scam and are trying to make this whole process difficult and impossible to return their products and get your money back. I am sorry to say but DO NOT USE and DO NOT ORDER from this website.

I finally got my sunglasses and they are cheap rubbish - now I can’t get hold of the company to rerun my item for refund!!!! Don’t buy from this company
