Great Price, but you never get it...
Ordered a hose reel on 9-22-26 with a 5-7 Days shipping time.....15 days later and they tell me it's another 10 days. I called the MFG and was told they had plenty in stock...so WTF??? Great Price, but you will never get it.

Joe, you're right to be frustrated, and I'm sorry. We gave you an estimated ship date of October 6 and missed it. Your reel was due on our weekly stock shipment from the manufacturer, but they were shut down for inventory most of last week and our delivery arrived well short, without your reel on it. That's the reason, not an excuse; the miss is ours. Your order was refunded in full when you called yesterday. I'm sorry we let you down on this one. Nate - FastoolNow
