Very poor quality
Very disappointed in product results. I ordered 3 logo notebooks as gifts. I expected the supplied logo to be printed directly to the cover. This was nothing more than a cut out sticker (easily peelable) attached to the cover. I can't give them as the job is unprofessional.

They rectified the first issue we had…
They rectified the first issue we had promptly which is good. However the quality of the pens is pretty poor, the ball of the pen barely purtrudes the nose cone so unless you're holding the pen completely vertical, the nose cone scratches the paper making it a very rough write and making the text thin and almost opaque.

But.....
Make customizing a wrap as an option on the pens, otherwise speedy delivery. The print was too small to read on two lines.

Fast shipment
Fast shipment. Print on pens look low quality, a little blurry looking. Weird white shadowing around some of the letters.
