Firstly - I didn’t feel any positive effects, but some GI discomfort When I tried to cancel my subscription and close my account, I found it simply impossible! They made it not user friendly to cancel the subscriptions! Had to send an email requesting cancellation. If that doesn’t work, will be contacting BBB
