Hidden subscription fees without refund options
I needed to send a 1 time fax and this website advertised as a free service. I accepted the fee of $1.99 which appeared as a 1-time fee. Within a few days I was charged additional $19.99 for monthly service fee I never signed up. When I contacted them they declined my request for refund saying the $1.99 was a “48 hour pass” and trial for full subscription. This was not clear at all from their website. Now I see others have had same experience. Disappointing as the service was good for the fax itself, but the hidden non refundable fee means I will not be recommending this service.
