I would like a refund on my tickets because I never got my tickets. I can communicate with anybody. The number you gave me was the wrong number. I had to buy new tickets because I didn’t hear from anybody till like four hours before my plan was to leave very bad service.

Today, I spoke with Liam Wilson, who provided me with excellent customer service. This was my first time using the Fare Boutique Corporation web search engine for flights. Mr. Wilson understood the need for me to take the short trip, family funeral, and that I am on a low budget. He took the time to find a flight. Unfortunately, one was not found. But I do so appreciate his efforts. He's a gem.

The web of FBC Travels promoted business class airline from Boston (USA) to Shanghai (china) through Austria airline. I bought the ticket, got a confirmation email stating my ticket is Business. On the next day, the web send me another email asking me to call. I called and was told that the ticket is for premium economy class. I argued and tried to cancel but they already got my money and refuse to reinstate my business class ticket or full refund. I was forced to accept their offer of premium class ticket. I suggest not to use this agent ever. I felt I was cheated for the whole transaction.
