Hajaj, I am sorry that you feel our services are too expensive. We do have considerable lower cost options for starting a tax business, but they do require sign up well prior to mid January of the current tax season. We strive to make sure that all fees are laid out for you in advance and transparent, so you can make an educated and calculated decision on if you would like to work with us. I notice you signed up with us, then asked for a refunded, which we issued to you. You then signed back up again. so I am wondering if you are perhaps lumping together both of your licensing payments when you are looking at the cost of working with us... I would be more than happy to discuss your cost concerns, and will give you a call shortly to follow up on this.

In joining the Federal Direct family I have found thorough training, excellent support and encouragement that I have not found with other tax preparation companies out there. I would and will recommend FDTS to all who ask for a reputable company to assist them with their needs. It is a privilege to be connected with this company.

The company is well organised and helpful, new in this business but Richard the instructor has got lot of patience and gives good help., on the technical side regard Tony and his boss a big help too. Still long way to go and learn the new software to help clients.

Great company they have helped me establish my business every step of the way. They have the best customer service, they make you feel important. I came to Federal Direct with very minimal tax experience they have been patient and they take time to train you. I am so blessed to have found them and the staff is amazing.
