Ive moved around quite a bit. Decided to buy my current house using Felix because I heard that theyll help me move for free. The move went smoothly and Felix did pay for most of it but if you are moving more than 50 miles, then you have to pay a little extra and also Felix doesnt pay for the packing or storage of your stuff, just the move itself&still a great perk!

I didn’t have to do anything, Brent took care of everything. Thank you Jesus for your blessings putting Felix and Brent in our lives.

I heard that Felix Homes would waive their fee if you’re a veteran so I decided to call them up to see if they still offer it. To my surprise, they do and they gave me a bunch of information about the program on the phone. I decided to list my condo with them a week later and in the end I saved about $12,000.

We bought our house using Brent from Felix Homes as our agent. The process went really smoothly. He helped show us homes on the market that fit our budget. Brent was always available when we wanted to take a tour of a home, even on the weekends and after work. The icing on the cake was the free moving service they provided which was so helpful.

Great experience, will recommend and use again! Initially, Felix Homes seemed ‘too good to be true’ but they were true. Top notch agent and a very reasonable commission.

Brent at Felix Homes was very professional and always communicated with us. He helped us price our home and actually recommended we list at a price above our initial expectations. We didn’t have to do anything, Brent scheduled the listing photos and made sure everything was in order. It was great having an analytics platform that allowed us to see exactly how many showings we received and the feedback from each showing as well. We ended up selling in less than 2 weeks and saved a ton of money compared to if we had to pay 6%. I’ll be using Felix Homes again in the future.

The entire process was fantastic. We scheduled a meeting consultation with Brent from Felix Homes and he immediately got back to us. We put our house up for sale on Tuesday and by Sunday we already had multiple offers. If you’re selling your home in Spring Hill, make sure to reach out to Felix Homes.
