I have been trying to communicate with you about the bracelet I got with my order several orders ago. It is twisted and cannot be used safely. I have been buying Fenton products for over 50 years, but I am disappointed in this situation. Please let me know what to do. Mary Marlowe, thanks

Hi Mark - Sorry to hear the package has yet to arrive. Sometimes, with shipping, it's a bit out of our hands. We just checked with USPS and it appears the package may have been lost / is very delayed. We are sending a new order today via UPS.
