I ordered the LT Ear bonnet in navy blue. I have one in navy blue and the one I recieved is nowhere near navy blue. It is a much brighter blue. I will not use it for shows; I will just use it for daily riding.

Would have been good to know about the significant duty charges on top of the expensive shipping to Canada. Product is great and fits well. Clips don't keep the fabric tucked and neat throughout ride.

I am sorry you were not aware of your country's taxes and duty. You may want to switch the snaps for velcro as it will lay flatter. Any seamstress could do that for you.

The quality was not as expected. The seams came apart with the first use.

Hello Paula, I wish you had contacted us as you should not have experienced this issue. It appears you had a defective mask. We are very sorry about this but unfortunately from time to time a seam is not sewn absolutely correct. We would have gladly replaced it for you as do all our vendors.

The sizing is a bit awkward and the ears are not sewn very nicely, very jagged and pointy side of the ears. Not so pretty to look at.

Excellent product. But my horse get it off when he rolls. He needs it but I can’t keep it on him

haven't noticed a big difference. I have only tried it on my one gelding but I am going to try it on my older mare and younger gelding to see.

Thank you for your review. Some horses see positive results in as little as 15 minutes. Other horses develop a response with extended use (1 hour before work up to regular/overnight wear). As with any therapeutic product, results can vary by individual. Wishing you success!

Shipping was great however did not help horse. Tried on for 3 days no change in behavior unfortunately.

Adore this king size pillow case. Head sweats disappeared overnight, but one drawback: it fits more like a queen than a king, and it rides up and leaves creases. Please make it larger!
