Needed very small sticky labels and FetPak had just what I needed at a very small price. Excellent service.

I order from many vendors, as I am a jewelry designer and creator...I pay for shipping with my FetPak orders, yet their shipping is not timely and always puts a snag in my production. My other vendors have items delivered in a matter of a few days...not weeks. Dismal shipping service. Respectfully, Susan Kellogg

Fetpak ships out most orders the same day if the order is received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time. We ship from our warehouse in New York. Since you are located in Idaho the transit time is five to six business days via UPS. On your last order we shipped out on Sept 30th, but there were transit delays beyond our control as per UPS tracking: 1) 10/02/14 at 6:00 AM...In Hodgkins, IL...A late UPS trailer arrival has caused a delay. 2) 10/07/14 at 11:04 AM...McCall, ID...Attempted delivery, left notice with instructions. We apologize for the delay in transit. Hopefully you should receive your package tomorrow, please see instructions left. We checked your three previous orders and in all cases we shipped out your order the same day we received it. Also, I'm sure you know Fetpak has Free Shipping on orders over $100, which most of your orders are. If under $100 we have a flat rate fee of $7. We don't charge shipping. Thank you for your feedback.

I have looked high and low, and finally found a place to purchase great looking, high quality jewelry boxes at affordable prices. As a jewelry hobbyinst, i can finally afford to buy quality and still maintain my budget. No more buying cheap, poor quality boxes at inflated prices at local jewelry supply stores, or online auction locations..
