Brent went above and beyond to make sure I closed on time. There were quite a few issues with closing on time, not because of anything Brent did, and worked after hours to ensure we met the deadline. He was incredibly responsive and would recommend him to family and friends.

Brent Bartlett was a huge help throughout the process and explained things well during my first home purchase. The difference between him and the large bank I first went to was night and day in a good way. I will gladly recommend FFL in the future.

As my Fiancée and I are first time homebuyers, Brent couldn’t have made the mortgage process easier for us. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know and was always a quick call away if we had any questions (which we had many!). Was always very engaged and on top of any deadlines him or I ever needed to meet in order to secure the loan and close on time to avoid any issues. First Federal Lakewood is a very transparent company about their rates and never had any curveballs come our way from them. Would 100% use them again and would recommend Brent to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. Thanks Brent!!

Brent was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly responsive. In this competitive housing market Brent was vital in me closing on my house successfully (we were even able to close ahead of schedule). I literally cant express my gratitude enough.

Brent was a clear communicator. He respected our questions and opinions. He was upfront and transparent about all questions we had. His responses were prompt. He was very helpful from our initial planning and mortgage comparison stage through to closing on our home. We definitely will recommend Brent and FFL to others!
