The company is excellent. UPS was delayed for five days.

these rim brake TYRO II wheel set have 28 mm outer rim width that fits too tight with my current brakes, I called the shop and they couldn’t advice on which brakes to get. something to look for when you’re thinking about buying these rims

Buying was easy but I still have not received my rims which were supposed to be delivered on July 2nd.

Hi Oswald, we are sorry that UPS has not yet delivered your order. Once an order has left our warehouse it is in the carrier's possession and any delays or service issues are carrier related. For reference, we received your order on June 28th. The order was shipped the same day on June 28th and picked up from our warehouse by UPS on June 28th. Current tracking status shows that the shipment is being held for pick up, which we assume you requested with UPS. I went into these wheels with great hopes,I am satisfied with the way they look and feel,I am 206 lbs and we'll within the weight specs of the wheels. I stay on the road and do not ride ruff or gravel surfaces. The wheels will not stay true,and has me concerned of the life span of these wheels. Rob
