Had a quote on an air and after cooler delivery was 2 weeks after ordering and checking on delivery it was 30 days

I still haven't received my part from…
I still haven't received my part from July 08,2025. And unable to get an answer as to where this part is at. And I have my customer upset at me!

Slow and got the wrong part
When I placed the order, I put it as expedited, which took more than expected. When I received the package the item was incorrect, and now I'm waiting for a response regarding if the correct part will be sent or if I'm getting a refund to try to find it somewhere else.

Has great selection of parts that even the MFG does not offer , thats where it ended for me as i have been waiting over a month after purchasing it found it ships from China (not my first choice) has been so slow shipping i suspect the part is walking to me unescorted down the road
