Horrible experience. Purchased furniture. They changed the price and would not give me the furniture even though I had a receipt marked ALL SALES FINAL. Treated badly. Even asked to leave property. Will never go there again

I had intended to purchase a "Tuscan War Horse" sculpture which Fines Gallery had advertised on E-bay. Since there was no freight cost listed, I contacted Fines Gallery to obtain an estimate on shipping the heavy metal sculpture. Although the gallery provided a reasonable cost to crate and ship the sculpture, Fines Gallery (within minutes of my call) doubled the price of the sculpture on E-bay. I suspect that the sculpture had been listed incorrectly on E-bay, but I have no explanation as to why Fines Gallery did not simply say that to me. To double the price without explanation (after I had expressed my intention to purchase) was really bad business.

We had told them that the bronze statue was sold out from stock and in order to have a new one made the price of the product would be more because a new artisan had to create the piece. We expressed our apologies but the eBay listing was only updated once a week. This review is not in compliance of TrustPilot guidelines as this person had not purchased or has never made a purchase with Fine's Gallery so therefore there is no accurate buyers experience to report. As you can see the majority of our customers that who have made a purchase has given us the five star rating.
