Fast with low shipping!!!

I received the wrong wine. I was told the delivery people would pick it up, and 3 weeks later they have still not appeared. I was also told that my correct wine would be shipped in a day or so, and I have not received it, nor has anyone at FineWine answered my voicemails or emails. I paid 3 weeks ago, and have nothing but the wrong item sitting in my car.

I received one bottle the other bottle of wine bottle came broken. I tried contacting them sending them pictures of the package and got no answer for them it’s been 1 week now and still nothing. No refund, not credit, not another bottle be sent out. Nothing!
