The patches overall were great the design was better than we could’ve hoped it would turn out. Only thing was when we got them they seemed shorter than we requested but still very usable for the purpose we got them for.

I confirmed delivery by 9/25 for an event I was ordering for, before placing my order. They said they would get them delivered by 9/25. I received them on 9/28 at which was too late for my event and I was not able to use the patches. I had been in contact via email for updates. I requested a refund and they refused. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were quick to respond initially and gave quick proofs. When it came time to proof the patches, we had issues due to the real patch looking nothing like the original proof (colors were off and detail was poor). After some reconfiguring we came to an agreement on a final patch design and proof and the job was completed. Overall I think they did a good job, just be aware that you may have to work with them a lot to get a more detailed design. Overall the process took a little over a month between order, proofs, and delivery.
