I ordered two wheels from them. One of them was bent. Getting them to respond when contacting them is difficult. They finally made it right and exchanged the bent wheel for a good one.

Finish line wheels took a little longer than expected to complete my order however they did follow through and complete the order. Three rims were delivered and the 4th was 2 weeks out. They did keep in touch with me letting me know they working on the problem. Our customer was happy with the rims and ultimately that's what is most important to us.

The quality of their products are quite good, but getting a return done was somewhat difficult. It has been all straightened out now with help from Steve.
