Book Delivery Was Late
Don't know if it's your fault or not, but it took the US Postal Service an incredibly long time to deliver the book. Whether you did something wrong with the shipping information or didn't pay the correct amount, the tracking of the book became a circus. USPS shipped it to so many USPS locations, sometimes two or three times to the same location. Finally, they got it right. I even signed for notifications and I didn't get any. Like I said, I don't know if part of this is your fault, but the end result was a terrible experience.
