I have purchased 3 items from 1st . A coat and 2 vests. There customer service is amazing . I screwed up sizing on both vests and ordered to small. They let me return both of my vests and sent out the correct sizes immediately. I had to pay for return shipping but I feel that was completely understandable since the mistake was all on me.

Solid experience! I've purchased three motorcycle jackets in 3 years from 3 separate companies. First Manufacturing has been the highest quality of my casual wear, and darn close to my race leathers. But it's much more comfortable! I bought the [FIM225CDMZ | Rider Club - Men's Motorcycle Leather Jacket - Brown] as my first jacket. It was outstanding through the winter last year. It has been great through rain as well, though I usually throw a high vis top over it. But it does work well in short trips with light rain. I get compliments on the jacket everywhere. I plan on buying another in black, especially since I lost a significant amount of weight. Oh, and I wore this thing in the Summer heat too, even at 100+F. It has been great.

You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about the quality of what they put out and the riders wearing it. I’ve been wearing the women’s leather riding jacket, it’s incredibly comfortable and the removable winter insert makes it so versatile. Everything feels well-made and built to actually be ridden in. Great company, great products, and an easy 10/10 from me!

My experience with First MFG, 1 word amazing. Their customer service is super great and very helpful, the product high quality, in style and at an affordable prices, I do highly recommend to anyone looking for fashion and motorcycle riding gear. Keep at it First MFG and keep producing amazing quality products.

I absolutely love First Manufacturing jackets. There are styles that go well with any bike you ride, and the leather looks and feels great. I have been wearing their jackets for about 5 years now, and have not had any issues with zippers, snaps, or stitching. Really top quality jackets, and the zip in/out liners help to extend your riding into the colder months. First Manufacturing is my go to for riding jackets.

First MFG Co reached out to me to become a collaborator with them. I’ve wanted this since I began making content on TikTok/IG. They’ve been absolutely fantastic to work with! And super understandable when personal issues came up. I’ve tried 2 of their jackets too (Vincent in red & Chaos) and absolutely love them both! The Vincent is incredibly stylish while being super comfy in all sorts of weather (40-85+ degrees) and has a lot of storage too! The Chaos being their first CE rated jacket blew all my expectations away. Beyond comfy and easy to use zippers even with thick gloves on. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!
