Not even one star. Waiting for a provider 7 days to fix the handle of my microwave and I have not been contacted. The Beautiful Untouchable is not available because her phone lines are full! This is my first request and maybe my last service request. I want my refund for the year payment.

This company doesn't deserve one star. I'm stupid for doing business with this sham company. Like an idiot I paid good money for this so-called service. Claim service sucks. Always have a hard time with claims. Had trouble with a refrigerator. After, bugging them they finally sent out a appliance repairman. He said I needed some part that was not covered. I called a Samsung approved repair person, and he said I needed a new one. Please don't do business with this company.

I am a heating, cooling and plumbing contractor. First Premier sends us work orders and we complete the repairs. Two of our invoices are still unpaid: $132.00 for a visit on August 27, 2025 (approval code AT2588) and $97.00 for a diagnostic visit on April 13, 2026. We asked for payment in writing on January 22, February 3, May 12, June 3, June 4 and July 23, 2026. Their only reply, on July 23, asked for a revised invoice with a payment link, authorization number and approved amount. Our invoice already showed the approval code and a pay link. We have had no payment and no further answer, and they sent us another work order on October 20, 2026.

1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH FIRST PREMIER HOME WARRANTY! I am beyond frustrated with First Premier Home Warranty. When I purchased my policy, I was assured that I would not have problems getting service when needed. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time making phone calls, following up, and trying to get my washer repaired. After all the frustration, the technician informed me that he could not complete the repair. The amount of time and aggravation I have experienced is unacceptable. I feel that I have wasted both my money and my valuable time dealing with this company. I have decided NOT to renew my policy and have specifically instructed First Premier Home Warranty not to process any further renewal charges in November. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend First Premier Home Warranty. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to research customer experiences carefully before purchasing a policy. Very disappointed. One star.

I can never get threw to anyone on the phone I try for 2 days and I am on hold for more than 45 minutes I also did a claim for my fridge 3 weeks ago and no one has even called to schedule service yet I al ready to cancel
