I called FEB this past November and talked to Israel. I then decided to call some other companies to check on prices. That was a waste of time, so after a couple of months I called FEB again and talked to Israel. He was great to do business with and gave me a great deal on a Spirit Recumbent Stepper. Thank you Israel. Joan H

After extensive research and shopping around I purchased my Spirit CRS800S Recumbent Stepper from Fitness Equipment Broker and I couldn’t be happier. Israel suggested the Spirit after I could not find the particular machine I was looking for and it ended up being a better fit for my needs at an even better price. I highly recommend FEB to anyone looking for home exercise equipment and talk to Israel.

Everything was delivered as promised and the bike was finally easy to assemble. It requires at least two people to assemble.

Still have no manual to put it together. It can't be used. Might be helpful for my broken hip. I will tell all I know that you are rip off artists. Have spoken to Israel and still no manual. On line everything is stuck together and nor very readable.

Cheryl, we are sorry you could not find the manual for your Spirit CRS800S. The manual is attached to the bottom of the box the console was packed in. We have never had one of these models shipped without the owners manual. Once you reached out to us we emailed you a PDF of the owners manual with assembly instructions on the same day. All you needed to do was click on the link. The manual is easy to read on a computer as it will be the size of the screen and can be enlarged as well. We also reached out to the manufactuer on your behalf to send you a hard copy of the manual which you received within a week. We responded immediately and did everything possible to help you. We would never take advantage of our customers. On the contrary, we take a lot of pride in our customer service and have a proven track record. We hope ypu would reconsider your rating of our company considering we did everything in our power to take care of you. We are here for you if you should need any additional assistance.
