The Five9 platform has helped our customers a lot. The ease way they pot remote agents to work from home was really fundamental for this moment that we are living. Besides that, the cloud platform is very stable.

I have had pretty great luck with Five9. The only issue I have really seen is with Chat integration into the NetSuite adapter. The adapter was awesome, but I was continuously told that it was happening and it still hasn't. Other than that, Five9 support is great to work with!

The implementation process was difficult, but once we were live the Five9 experience really went to another level. The TAM service is personal, warranted and a super dependable service. The account manager is intentive to my needs as a customer and the platform really doesn't seem to have any limits!
