Five9 is a great solution for businesses looking to get away from desk phones, especially virtual companies. The ability to monitor call center agents real-time was a game changer. We've had great success utilizing the outbound functionalities as well. Customizing the call experience for customers has been easy. We've been able to seamlessly accomplish both simple and complex IVR flows. Our experiences with all Five9 staff have always been excellent. Our account manager, Richard Theurer, is a huge help and always quickly addresses any needs or concerns we may have. The support/technical staff is also a pleasure to work with, and our issues and questions are always resolved in a speedy and efficient manner.

Five9 has been a big improvement over our previous call center provider. Call quality is almost never an issue, support is quick and efficient. If I was forced to nit pick it would be to adjust the layout so it would be a bit more intuitive.
