Gave FixBadArt a try because the current vectorization company I was working with had their quality plummet. FBA is a little pricey compared to the other 3 services I've used, but still inexpensive enough that it's worth it to save myself the design time to vectorize client logos (I've been a designer for 30 years). The project was completed in a timely manner (next day) and the file type was as requested. The finer details of the logo were missing and I sent a request for correction and again it was next day delivered and was edited a bit. I sill had to invest time to build the missing details but the majority of the file was useable. Overall, it was a good enough experience that I will give them another shot.
