FixrunnerReviews of fixrunner.com

Fixrunner has provided fast, efficient support for my small media business, The Economic Review. They are fast and pragmatic in responding to queries/concerns, and carry out critical maintenance on a regular basis without being asked. Would highly recommend.

After spending several hours trying to fix an error on my site I realized it was not something I could fix. I tried working with the plugin's tech support & Wordpress, but they couldn't figure it out. I googled Wordpress site support, and Fixrunner came up. I emailed their support team, and explained the issue to the best of my ability, and within minutes (yes, that quick) Ilija came to my rescue! He was extremely understanding, patient, and more importantly fixed the site rather quickly. And when I didn't understand the fix, he even went above and beyond sending me a video on the fix. That is not your average support experience, period. I was so impressed that I have now signed up for their support and am going to have them host my site so that I can focus on content. I cannot thank Ilija enough for his help and patience. Total life saver!!!!!

Had an optimization plugin completely destroy my website, database tables and we were down for days. I found Fixrunner online, the team took on my frustrations and worked tirelessly to fix the entire site on their end and had it back running and online in less than 24 hours. Would be completely lost without the team at fixrunner, thanks again for everything!

Skilled and Knowledgeable WordPress Experts The team was fast to respond and fix my site issues. Open and fair pricing and billing process. No hidden fees. Communication was great. They resolved my issues with 24 hours of first contacting them.

I am delighted to have found Fixrunner. I had been looking for the right type of help for my website for a while, having reached the limit of what I could manage myself. My website has membership area, online courses and e-commerce areas. Every time there was a plugin update or other issue that stopped things working properly it was so stressful and would take me ages to find what was wrong. It just totally drained my energy because I am so busy anyway. Time to let a professional team handle it, but who to ask? I'd contacted developers but wasn't happy with their response or ideas. I knew I needed 24/7 support team because people in different time zones use my online courses. I had looked at other WP support services but they just weren't quite the right fit, didn't cover all the areas I needed backup with or were way beyond my budget. Enter Fixrunner: After I asked a question in their online chat they got back to me quickly, AND gave me clear, helpful, correct answers. So often when you contact companies they will say anything in these chats or you can have hours or a day waiting for a reply. I knew from first contact that the person who answered me had read and understood the issues that I needed help with. This gave me such confidence. I took out the subscription that he suggested and he got to work on the urgent issue right away, and totally resolved it within a couple of hours. I was delighted! Not only did he do that, he got on to the bigger jobs that I'd mentioned. I thought they would be something for further down the line but he and his team resolved this issues too. So within 48 hours of me finding Fixrunner they solved all these major issues that had been driving me nuts for ages (and other developers that I'd contacted had told me would mean starting again with a new website). I am absolutely delighted with them. Instead of spending the weekend stressed and slumped over my PC working my way through support docs for all the plugins and theme, I was able to take a break instead. I now have the peace of mind and back-up that I've been looking for. This has really changed my life and I am now freed up to get on with my real work instead which I'm over the moon about. This is a first class service and is great value. I can't believe my luck to have found them. Thank you Fixrunner. You guys are ace!

Fixrunner were superb for fixing an issue I've had with my site for months and never been able to fix myself. The response was prompt and the fix only took a few hours with regular updates and opportunities to test etc. Will definitely use Fixrunner again for further fixes!

I was having a issue with woocommerce store and was unable to find help anywhere else. I contacted FixRunner and was a bit weary at first. I decided to give them a shot and I am very glad that I did. They had my issue fixed in about 2 hours time. It saved me hours of stress and headaches. I'm very satisfied with the price I paid and will be contacting FixRunner for any issues I have in the future. Thanks again Illija, you're a life saver!
