I have only been with FixRunner for a month or so and I usually reserve a review after at least six months of interaction with a company - and I rarely leave reviews on-line. If you want to go with a professional company for most all web-hosting services, these people are absolutely stunning in their response time to hosting and web-design issues. I have had the pleasure of dealing with 4 or 5 techs over the last month. They have set up Zoom conference times with me and have super-expediently addressed all issues I have had with my new website. Spend the extra money. Go with FixRunner to begin with as you start your on-line business. I always shop around for the best prices - but had I known about them from the beginning of my on-line business endeavor, and the quality of their customer service, I would have used them from day one. Try FixRunner with all of the confidence in the world. Spend a little bit more to get the 5+ Star experience. You will not regret it.

I will absolutely recommend this service to anyone with a WP issue that they can't fix! I had a client's website get hacked by a redirect hack and was not able to clean it off the site no matter what I tried. When I was comparing services, I simply asked if they could do the fix and they went above and beyond before I even committed to them. I was given a free overview of what needed to be done, a quote, a time frame and they opened a ticket for me so if I decided to use them I didn't need to give all the information over again. Once we decided to move ahead with them, their customer service was quick, informative and even allowed us to schedule the time they would work on the site in order to save the site's users the least amount of inconveniences. The site was cleaned within a few hours and they even gave a full review and additional suggestions to help improve the site! Great experience, fast, and informative. Wow just wow! I was having an issue logging into my WordPress website which I'd be unable to fix. I went to Fixrunner had a quick read of their services and read the Trustpilot reviews. I was prepared to pay for a fix on the one-off fee option, but after explaining my issue to Abbasi on Live Chat he was able to give me a working solution within seconds. I am in awe of this company and their service (at no charge I might add) so the least I can do is leave them a positive review.

Fixrunner is reliable and trustworthy. I have been using them for years and they are extremely responsive to any technical help I need.
