I had a wonderful experience….
I had a wonderful experience working with Alex. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He installed my TV mount with great precision and ensured everything was secure and level. He also took the time to explain the process and cleaned up afterward, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you find someone so reliable and courteous. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a skilled and trustworthy handyman!

Hard to get ahold of
Hard to get ahold of. 2pm-4pm window today, they tried to move it to 6pm-8pm because the tech couldn’t find my house but the tech never called. We only got to speak with their outsourced dispatcher. I canceled because every call felt like a game of telephone to talk to someone who knew anything.

Terrific Job!
The technician called me ahead of time saying he was going to be a bit later than the expected time, but I found that to be very considerate. When he arrived, he went straight to work and completed the job in less than an hour. He did a great job with my assembly and was very careful with the personal effects in my home. Kudos to Jorge for making this a very pleasant experience!!

Had a great experience with FixTMan
Had a great experience with FixTMan. I reached out for trampoline assembly and the two technicians who showed up were so nice and did a great job. They were very professional and thorough. They made sure the trampoline was secure and safe and had the necessary tools with them which was an added security for me. I’m so happy I finally scheduled the appointment with them and so is my daughter! Thanks again
