The Flagship web site was 100% accurate with the information. There was a small hiccup in that the country that I selected for the shipment could not receive the merchandise. Their team followed up with me directly the next business day and this was quickly resolved by sending the components directly to me within 24 hours.

I bought a sas raid controller but my server didnt see any raid. The raid function was disabled on the card. To enable it i would need to reflash the card, but i did not manage to find the program that would see the raid controller, so the controller is useless to me because i need the raid function. I received a full refund since i am in Canada and sending it back would cust me.
