Flame Creation, LLCReviews of flamecreation.com

I worked on it it's very good

Product was great, but I had to reach out to get an update on my order.

I only gave it a 4 Star because the scilicon on the screws kept falling off and almost impossible to get back on. Otherwise happy with the purchase.

I had to have a fire pan custom made for my semi-circular fire pit and Flame Creation came through with flying colors. The fire pit turned out beautifully and they have a very wide selection of Reflective Fire Glass which was a little bit bigger than the normal sizes offered at most stores, and received promptly after I placed my order online. They could improve on their communications but other than that they were excellent! I would definitely order product from them again!

Fast delivery, quality product. No padding around item, but arrived without damage.

The cover looks great and was delivered in a timely fashion. It looks like the dimensions were a little shorter than I had requested, but will work as it just sits on top of the lava rocks and still covers the gas holes. The disappointed part was whoever set the holes for the handles did it in the direction of the short side, instead of long side.

Very well made and fits perfect. I thought the shipping cost was excessive but I am happen with our purchase

Great quality and Awesome price. THE PERFECT COMBO
