This is our second time purchasing from Flexible Assembly, and we've been assisted very well, each time, by Sue Kuhn in your customer service department. Our first order was a bit complicated, and Sue was with us every step of the way. Keep up the good work and Happy New Year 2025 to you!

I ordered an instrument which I needed, the right one at a reasonable price. They replied and charged me including the transport. Then in the evening they advise they had not this instrument, lying on their page, and offered an instrument of 350 Nm when I had asked for 3000 Nm. So I can;t comply with my work! What to do?? Looking for a good AND honest company.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the unavailability of the 3000 Nm model. We're glad you found our price competitive and chose to place your order online. However, due to high demand for certain specialized tools, our system may occasionally show items as in stock when they have already been reserved or sold. While this is rare, we understand how frustrating it can be — especially when you're depending on the equipment for your work. The model you requested is the highest in its series, and unfortunately, it was unavailable at the time your order was processed. We recognize that we should have made a greater effort to locate and offer you a comparable tool from a different brand within the same torque range. We are committed to improving our processes and providing faster, more accurate solutions in the future. If you’re still in need of a similar instrument, we would be happy to help you find a suitable and available option. We appreciate your honesty and regret not meeting your expectations this time.
