Minus the cancelation and back n forth phone calls and emails me and my family was given the next flight available with LEGIT VALID BOARDING PASSES I can say some of the employees care more than others and I was afraid I was scammed but I WAS NOT .

Flight fare Hub does come through with some really good flight deals at one point I thought I had gotten scammed but no it is as legit as buying directly through the airlines. But be ready for travel set backs that’s why I gave them a 3 star. I got to the airport and my confirmation was invalid was not able to leave until the next day. Eric was our agent dealing with our tickets great customer service he did everything in his power to resolve issue And he did.

Flight fare hub prices aren’t accurate, the prices that they show online is not the price that you actually pay when it comes to booking time you end up paying more than the actual prices you saw on the website but overal the customer service team is awesome I was lucky to get Mickey he was so Patient and kind.
