Agent was knowledgeable and willing to assist.

Ruby was very kind, patient and followed through as promised.

Antonio and Ruby have bing very wonderful Good communication thank you

Worst airline ever. They called to say the price changed after i booked, then i had yo be on the phone gor hours deliberating. Next, i went to the airport and the price they told me i would be charged gor baggage doubled. All a scam and lies. Remember i warned you readers. Purchase at your own risk. Had i read reviews beforehand, i would have never booked.

Samayra Thomas helped me on my call to cancel my flight. Thanks!
