The product is ok. The customer service is awful. I haven't used the product in a year. I forgot about it and realized they charged me for another year about a week ago. I thought I had auto-renew turned off. They say they have a no-refund policy but will make exceptions if the charge is recent and you haven't used the product recently. I haven't logged in to the service in a year. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. Some rep name Ramona tells me I can't have a refund but then quotes the policy, which I told her I read and I fit the criteria. She told me it didn't matter if I wasn't using it; the service was still there. She also tells me the charge must be less than ten days. This is listed NOWHERE on the website. I pointed that out and she said it's an internal rule. The interaction with her ensures I will never use this company again, and I won't be referring them to anyone else. Do not use them. There are other companies with better customer service.

Hello. We are sorry your interaction with our support team was not what you expected, and we appreciate that you find Flipsnack ok as a product. Ramona did her best to help you, and we appreciate her for always keeping a positive attitude when talking to our users. Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle (yearly or monthly), which means you will be charged the day the subscription expires unless you choose to cancel the renewal. So an action from each of our users on their account it's needed to cancel the subscription. Due to our discussion, we will communicate this information better on our website. Your feedback helped us a lot. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from Maura, fastest responses I've ever had from a customer service team (2-3 minute replies and my issue was resolved right away).

Repeatedly getting spam emails from your people asking for backlinks. It's tacky, cheap and not ok to spam people. None of us are interested.

Vervelende website, het maakt niet wat je doet maar overal moet je voor betalen, het is ongelofelijk dat dit nog mag in dit kikkerlandje. Groetjes Hennie uit Beverwijk.
