We would use them again. They carpeted seven rooms, a hallway and two sets of stars in one day. There was a delay for the date of install which was not communicated to us, we had to call. There was some difficulty reaching salesmen. Installers did a good job cleaning up after themselves in the house but did not clean up the garage very well.

The install went smoothly. Some of my trim was dinged up and some carpet tacks poke my feet through the carpet. The installers were nice and mindful of cleanliness.

The people we dealt with through the process were nothing but helpful and friendly. We are very satifisfied and happy with the quality of the work and product installed in our home. The communicaiton of how long and how invasive the process of installation was unsatisfactory. Many of the cleaning and closing tasks of the overall project lagged too long and poor communications about these challenges are the reason for not providing a five star rating.
