While I live in Concord, NC, and the flaowers were delivered to near Richmond, VA, they were delivered on time, and were so much appreciated. A picture was sent to me, of the flowers as delivered, and based on this, I will order again when flowers are needed for any reason. Thank you very much!!! Frank

This company is awful. The flowers looked nothing like the ones pictured. The prices on the website are misleading. They charged us $30 for "Guaranteed same day service" - and delivered a day late. After speaking at length with customer service, we found out the president of the company is [Name]. Turns out he has multiple online flower companies which all get extremely poor reviews (1 star on Yelp!). Save your time and money. Go with a reputable business, not these jokers!

Horrible customer service/resolution. The pictures on their website are nothing like what I received the 2 times I did give them a try. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB that I have not yet heard back from. This shows me that they are not even willing to try and rectify the situation. I would never trust them a 3rd time for any type of floral arrangement. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

The flowers were beautiful. Very pleased with them. With the grape vines it made it a little rustic and since they were for a man we thought they were perfect. They were a little smaller than we had expected but they were beautiful and fresh. Thank you
