I would not recommend Fluz for business expenses. My bank statements show only “Fluz” for the debits, without identifying the actual merchants. I repeatedly asked customer support about this and never got an answer. Now my company bank account has a number of Fluz debits that my bookkeeping system can’t categorize, so I can’t reconcile them automatically and have to spend time sorting them out manually. This limitation wasn’t clearly disclosed to me before I started using Fluz. For my company, Fluz has been unusable as a business expense card. The support has been poor, and my questions went unanswered.

This app is a joke. Couldn’t access my funds due to the card declining for 3 days. DONT USE THIS SERVICE ! Full of bugs, call drops during customer service, and the wrong amount charged to your card after a transaction.

I knew nothing about this app it was an option for me to receive instant payment on a virtual card. I have not been able to access my money I was only able to buy a gift card & cannot access the rest of my money. Now my account has been restricted. Their customer service is a joke. They have been no help. Do not use this app.

Terrible support, account gets restricted payment methods fail every other day and you can never get a response from their team please stay far away the service is very bad.

I had been a loyal Fluz customer and had spent thousands through the platform before this experience. On April 30, I purchased $600 in Virgin Experience digital vouchers through Fluz because the product appeared to function like a normal gift card and fit Fluz’s advertised “stacking savings” model. What was not clearly disclosed: coupon codes available to regular cash customers could not be used with voucher redemption voucher redemption routed me into a different booking system inventory/availability differed from the main Virgin Experience consumer site Fluz’s own help materials for this US product included incorrect UK-specific links and information I contacted Fluz immediately the same day. Over the next several weeks, I provided screenshots, documentation, voucher balances, and extensive detail to help resolve the issue. Fluz support acknowledged several of the underlying problems, including that disclosures around coupon usage and inventory differences should be clearer, and that their support materials contained incorrect links. Virgin Experience explicitly told me that because the purchase was made through Fluz, only Fluz could issue a refund. Despite all of this, after weeks of delay and repeated escalations, Fluz denied the refund without providing any meaningful explanation of what justified that decision. This was not buyer’s remorse. This was a product that did not function as reasonably represented at the time of purchase. Consumers making high-dollar purchases should be aware that even prompt reporting, full cooperation, and documented evidence may not lead to meaningful dispute resolution.

Founder stole money from investors and then blocked them out of the business. App is absolutely horrid and there are no good deals to be had. Google the people who wrote 5 star reviews here, they all work/worked for fluz.

There's a bug with Fluz and the tier system and support doesn't seem to care. Once I got to Gold Tier I started to see gift cards with a .5% bonus on them. Once I hit the Platimun Tier they all disappeared. I know we are only talking .5% bonus but it's gone and I haven't found a single gift card with this bonus at Platinum. Support was clueless and basically stopped responding in chat when I was trying to figure out who I need to get this info to. **November 3 Fluz fixed the issue** ratings updated

I love Fluz. I got cash back on my vacation with Royal Caribbean, which then paid for my alcohol package. Honestly this is great. It’s like I was drinking for free just bc I used a gift card with cash back.
