CHEATER, LIARS
CHEATER, LIARSSSS The most disturbing part is the attitude. Making promises about clearing dues and then avoiding the employee is not how a responsible employer should behave. If there is a genuine problem, have the courage to communicate honestly and provide a definite solution. Don't hide behind silence. Management should remember that behind every unpaid salary is a real person with a family, bills, children's responsibilities and financial commitments. And honestly, how can the people responsible for such decisions comfortably go home and face their own families while knowing that another employee's family is struggling because of unpaid wages? Before sitting down to feed their own families, they should think twice that the food on their table is being paid by the employee's salary whose earning have not been released and they should be ashamed of it. Pay your employees. Respond to them. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise prospective employees to carefully consider how employee dues and commitments are handled before joining.
