Wonderful service, great rates, low fees, couldn’t ask for much else? We just purchased a new home and worked with Jonathan Strauss and his team. They were very professional, highly responsive and always available anytime we had a question. Would highly recommend Reali loans!

I recently purchased a condominium in LA, using Jon Strauss and his team, including Joann Huang, and Dalila Miller. I could not have been more pleased with the top notch professional service I received. By the time I got in touch with Reali, I had only about 25 days to close escrow, and they made it happen. The online system is easy to use. The team's communication skills were superior, keeping in touch with me, escrow, the real estate agents, and all parties involved. Jon and his team were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and always easy to reach. They always responded in a very timely manner. If you are in the market for a mortgage, and you want a great interest rate, a team that listens to you and understands your needs, go with Reali!

This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. The people were professional, helpful and quick to react. Buying a home can be overwhelming and by doing it with Reali, the process was all in front of you. If you are a fan of a one shop system this is the place to go. Very cool!!

Kelly sold my condo a couple of month ago. She is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I would use her again and will refer to my friends.

The sale of my house was so easy! Mel was so helpful from the very beginning and all the way through process until escrow closed and I received the proceeds!

We participate in the Reali Trade-In program. Having a cash offered and quick close are key in our purchase. Selling our home was smooth as well. The final closing of our purchase received extra care at the end after I made an inquiry. This tells me Reali is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Our realtors Sherie Corsello and Mia Liban were great to work with. Both were responsive and professional. The entire Reali team really came together at the end to complete our purchase. Thank you!

Hi Jonathan, Thanks so much for your honest and transparent review. We appreciate the 5-star review for the purchase of your new home with our Reali Trade-In program. You're right - having a cash offer is critical in competitive markets and ensures a quick close. However, we were hoping to hit it out of the park with our escrow services as well, and would like the opportunity to make things right. As we understand it, your transaction is still in process, and we hope we can improve your overall experience. Our escrow and loans teams will reach out to you to better understand the issue. Reali as a company is in it for our customers, and we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Please reach out to [email protected] if you'd like to share additional details privately. We're here to help and learn from your feedback. Best, Reali
